Vosworx Return Policy
At Vosworx, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
Damage & Management Review
- All damages or refund inquiries will be promptly investigated by management. Where necessary, products will be replaced or repaired to ensure all parties are satisfied.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.

Shipping
**All shipments, whether one item or a hundred, are packaged with care (at least one layer of bubble wrap) to ensure that your item reach you in the same condition they leave here**
Shipping of your order is done via Pudo (pickup point run by Courier Guy) or The Courier Guy regular service for door-to-door deliveries.
PUDO
You need to provide me with your preferred Pudo locker. Click here to find it.

– You have only 36 hours to collect your parcel from the locker
Cost: I charge a flat rate to locker of R65, which will cover most parcel sizes up to a 20kg maximum weight.
The Process:
- Find your most convenient locker with the link above
- I send the parcel from my end
- You can track the parcel’s progress on the Pudo website
- Once the parcel arrives Pudo sends you a collection PIN by sms and email.
- Go to the lockers within the specified time (usually 36 hours), enter your PIN and the correct locker will open. Retrieve your parcel.
THE COURIER GUY
+ Convenient: fast delivery to your door
– More expensive than pickup point options
PLEASE NOTE: A R276 surcharge may apply to deliveries to plots, farms, hospitals and certain other destinations. Please try to keep deliveries to homes or businesses.
If you prefer door-to-door delivery, we can use The Courier Guy at R110 for a parcel up to 5kg, R170 for 5-15kg. For larger parcels I usually cover the extra cost due to the sales volume of such an order. I will need your physical address, phone number and day and time of day (preferably in a frame of 5-8 hours) that will be best for the delivery.
International Shipping: I don’t ship internationally due to the prohibitive courier cost thanks to the failure of the SA Post Office.
